How we work
One team.One plan.One contact.
We are an event company in Sydney that runs themed evenings and corporate nights across Australia. We bring the program, the crew, the equipment and the styling; you bring the occasion and the venue. Everything we will do is written down before you book it.
Five steps
From the first calltopack-down.
-
The call
The occasion, the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. Fifteen minutes is usually enough.
-
Two options and a scope
We come back with two formats that fit, the package contents in writing and a quote with the final total.
-
Contract and date
The date is held on a signed contract and a 20-40% deposit once the contract is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.
-
Run sheet and venue
We send the venue our access, power and floor requirements, build the run sheet with your side and lock the crew.
-
The event, then the room back
Set-up, the program with a coordinator present, then pack-down and a sweep of the room inside the agreed window.

How we hold ourselves
Five ruleswe do notbend.
-
One contact
One coordinator owns your event from the first call to pack-down. You never have to explain the brief twice.
-
Scope before money
You can read the full package contents, the crew and the hours before you commit to anything.
-
Taking part is voluntary
Guests can watch instead of play. Hosts invite, they do not push, and nobody is pulled into an activity.
-
Adults only
Our programs are 18+. The daytime festival day is the one family-friendly format, and it carries no casino-themed activity.
-
In writing
Package, hours, venue duties, deposit and the terms of a postponement are all written down and signed.
-
No invented credentials
We do not publish client logos, testimonials or event counts. Judge us on the scope, the prices and the questions we ask.
Who turns up
Roles,notheadshots.
Crew is booked per format, so the list below changes with what you choose. Every name is confirmed before the date, and the coordinator introduces the team to your side at set-up.
Coordinator
Owns the run sheet and the timings, and is the person your side talks to on the night.
Host or MC
Opens the evening, runs the stage segments and closes the program from the microphone.
Croupier-hosts
One per table. They explain the rules, deal, and keep a table welcoming for guests who have never played.
Animators
Run the station zones and the team activities, and keep groups moving without herding them.
DJ
Holds the room at a level people can talk over, then lifts the set when the floor opens.
AV technician
On formats with a truss, projection or a larger PA: rigs it, operates it and takes it down.
Scope
Our side.Your side.In writing.
In every indicative price
- the program, crew and equipment listed with the format
- planning and a written run sheet
- on-site coordination for the whole program
- transport within Australia
- set-up and pack-down
- GST
You organise and pay for
- venue hire, including furniture, power and amenities
- catering and drinks
- guest accommodation
- gifts for guests
- a photographer
The split above is the same for every format and is repeated in the written quote and the contract. Program hours are guest-facing hours: set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after, both outside the program.
Straight answer
What thesenights arenot.
Most of our work is casino-themed, so this is worth saying plainly on this page too.
- Guests are 18+. We can ask for proof of age at the door.
- Chips and credits are props: not sold, not topped up, and never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.
- No stakes, no cash winnings, no online casino and no play over the internet.
- You are paying for the organisation of an evening, not for a game.
FAQ
Questionsaboutworking with us.
Who is on site on the night?
A coordinator for the whole program, plus the crew listed with your format: croupier-hosts, animators, an MC, a DJ and an AV technician where the rig needs one. The coordinator is your single contact from set-up to pack-down.
Do you work with our venue and caterer?
Yes. We send the venue our power, access and floor requirements in writing, and we plan the program around the catering times rather than against them.
What do you need from us before the date is held?
The date, the venue address, the guest count and the format. Then the venue rules that matter: access, power, noise conditions and the set-up window.
Next step
Start withthe date.
Send the occasion, the date and the venue. The first reply comes from the coordinator who would run your event.
Enquire about a date See how a night runs
Sending an enquiry does not hold a date. We answer within one business day.
