Roulette and blackjack tables set for a casino-themed evening with a host at the wheel

All families

Everythingwe bringto a room.

Three of the families are built around a table, a stage or a screen; the others are built around a game, a journey or a day outdoors. Poker machines for events sit in the first family as equipment hire, with their own specs and planning price.

Tables & Agents

Three formats built around a table and a host: a secret-agent night, a themed poker tournament and a free-play machine zone. The chips are props, the hosts explain every rule, and nothing is played for money.

Stage & Black Tie

Two formal formats for anniversaries, awards and end-of-year nights: a corporate gala with a stage and an MC, and a 1920s party with a live-feel band set and art-deco styling.

Sound & Neon

Two music-led formats: a disco night with a mirror-ball floor and a cyberpunk night built on screens, haze and coloured light. Both are planned around a dance floor rather than a seated dinner.

Clues & Puzzles

Two formats for smaller groups that want something to do, not something to watch: a murder-mystery night with scripted roles and a quiz tournament with a host and a scoreboard.

Passport & Seasons

Two travel-led formats: a world night with four station zones and a tropical night with planting, rattan and a fruit bar front. Both suit mixed groups who move around the room.

Spectacle & Open Air

Two formats at opposite ends of the day: a close-up magic evening that moves table to table, and a daytime company festival with a stage, zones and a family-friendly plan.

How to choose

Five factsdecide itfor you.

  • The occasion

Speeches and awards point to the gala. A thank-you night points to the tables. A team day points to the festival or the station formats.

  • The guest count

Under 40 guests suits the quiz and the murder mystery. From 60 upwards the table and music formats come into their own.

  • The venue

Low ceilings rule out the truss and the mirror ball. A room that cannot be darkened rules out the projection night.

  • The hours

Four hours is one activity done properly. Six hours carries arrivals, a formal part, an activity and a music set.

  • The group

A group that mixes easily rotates between tables and zones. A quieter group does better with seated formats and a host who sets the pace.

  • Not sure?

Send the date, the venue and the guest count and we will come back with two formats that fit, not a catalogue.

Limits

What fits,and whatdoes not.

Guests and hours

  • Table, stage, music and travel formats: up to 160 guests.
  • Clues & Puzzles formats: up to 40 guests, because every team needs a host within earshot.
  • Magic evening: up to 80 guests, so the performer reaches every table.
  • Programs run 4, 5 or 6 hours. Longer than 6 hours is quoted separately.

Venue and timing

  • Indoor formats need 50 to 120 m2 of clear floor, depending on the format.
  • The festival day needs from 800 m2 of level ground and vehicle access.
  • set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after, outside the program hours.
  • Two formats at one event are possible; each is quoted as its own position.

FAQ

Questionsaboutchoosing.

How do we choose between thirteen formats?

Start from the occasion, the guest count and the room. A seated dinner with speeches points to the gala; a group that wants to move points to the station formats; fewer than 40 guests points to the quiz or the murder mystery. Tell us the three facts and we will suggest two formats, not ten.

Can two formats run at the same event?

Yes, and it is common: a table format with a machine zone beside it, or a gala with a quiz round inside the dinner. Each position is quoted separately so you can see what the second one costs.

Who supplies what?

We bring the program, the crew, the equipment and the styling listed with the format. You book the venue and arrange furniture, power, catering and drinks. The split is written out on every format and on the pricing page.

Are poker machines for events available on their own?

Yes. The machine zone is hired on its own as equipment, from two to eight machines with a host for the zone, and it does not require a table format alongside it.

How far ahead should we enquire?

For a Friday or Saturday in November or December, two to three months is realistic. Midweek dates outside that window are often available at shorter notice.

Tell us the occasion, the venue and the guest count. You get two formats that fit and a written scope, not a brochure.
