Two travel-led formats: a world night with four station zones and a tropical night with planting, rattan and a fruit bar front. Both suit mixed groups who move around the room.
Format 01
Around the World
Four station zones around the room, each with its own styling and a short activity, and a printed passport card guests carry between them. It suits mixed groups and rooms where people prefer to move rather than sit.

- 4 station zones 2.5 x 2.5 m with styling and props
- 4 animators, one per zone, for 5 hours
- 160 printed passport cards and 4 zone stamps

From 100 m2 so the four zones do not block circulation. One 230 V outlet per zone.
Adaptable inside the price
Swap one zone for another region, run three zones in a smaller room, or move one zone outdoors with a rain plan.

Format 02
Tropical Party
A warm-weather night with planting, rattan furniture, a styled bar front and a music set to match. It works indoors and on a terrace, and it is the format most often booked for a summer party.
What is included
- planting set: 24 plants, 6 large palms, 2 planted arches
- rattan lounge set for 20 guests: 6 sofas, 8 poufs, 4 low tables
- bar front styling 4 m wide with a fruit display
- photo wall 3 x 2 m with a planted frame
- 10 LED light points in warm tones plus 20 m of festoon lighting
- DJ for 5 hours with a 2 x 600 W system
- 2 hosts to work the floor for the first 2 hours
- terrace plan with wind weights if the zone is outdoors
The venue needs
From 90 m2 indoors, or a level terrace with vehicle access. Two 230 V outlets, 2 kW in total. Outdoor zones need wind weights and a rain plan.
Adaptable inside the price
Scale the planting up or down, drop the lounge set, or split the format between a terrace and an indoor room.

On the night

Open the zones
All stations open at once. Guests choose where to start, so there is no queue at the door.

Rotation
Animators move groups gently between zones every 25-30 minutes. Guests who want to stay put, stay put.

Common finish
The last 45 minutes bring the room back together at the main zone for the music set and photos.
The host and the animators run the program; your coordinator only has to confirm the floor plan and the timings. Worked timelines

Where a format includes casino-themed activities, those are 18+. Program hours do not include set-up or pack-down: set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after.

Do the zones need staff from our side?
No. Each zone is run by our animator. Your side only confirms the floor plan and the power points.
Can we drop one zone and extend the others?
Yes, within the same price. Zones are swapped or dropped at the planning call, not on the night.
