Three activities

Roulette.Blackjack.Poker.

Each table is a themed activity with a croupier-host next to it. The chips are props with no denomination: guests are not playing for money and there is nothing to win or exchange.

  • Roulette

A 240 x 120 cm table with a wheel and a full layout. The host explains the bets guests can place with their prop chips and calls each spin, so the table stays busy without anyone needing to study the rules.

  • Blackjack

A 180 x 90 cm table with a six-deck shoe. The host deals, talks each hand through and is the person who decides when to slow down so a new guest can sit in.

  • Poker

A 220 x 110 cm table with a dealer position. The host runs the dealing and the order of play and keeps the hands short, which is what makes the table work for a mixed group.

Optional zone

A machinezone besidethe tables.

Two to eight pokies-style machines can stand along a wall next to the tables, as a separate catalogue position rather than part of this package.

  • Machine footprint 75 x 60 x 180 cm, 95 kg each, delivered on a trolley.
  • One 230 V outlet per two machines, 400 W per machine, cable covers included.
  • One zone host for the whole program, so nobody has to look after the machines.
  • Guests see the zone signage, the host and the machines: nothing is inserted and nothing is paid out.
  • Set-up and pack-down inside the same window as the tables.

Each machine plays on its own internal credit balance. Credits are given by the machine, cannot be bought, topped up or cashed out, and the result is not exchanged for anything. Entry to the zone is 18+.

Straight answer

The rulesof thisformat.

A casino-themed evening is an entertainment program at your venue, for adult guests only.

  • Guests are 18+. We can ask for proof of age at the door.
  • Chips and credits are props: not sold, not topped up, and never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.
  • No stakes, no cash winnings, no online casino and no play over the internet.
  • You are paying for the organisation of an evening, not for a game.

Responsible entertainment rules

FAQ

Questionsabout thisformat.

Do we need to know the rules of the games?

No. Each table has a croupier-host whose job is to explain the rules and keep the table moving. Two minutes at the table is enough to join in.

How many tables do 100 guests need?

Three tables keep a room of 80 to 160 busy, because guests rotate and spend part of the night at the photo wall and the bar. For 160 guests who all want to play at once, a second roulette table is the usual addition.

Can the evening be branded?

Yes. The photo wall panel is printed with your logo, the table signage follows your colours and your own roll-ups can go into the room at set-up. Printing your panel is inside the price.

Does the venue need a special licence for this?

Not for this program. There are no stakes and no prizes of value, so the evening is not gambling. If your venue has its own house rules about themed activities, send them over and we will work inside them.

What do you need from the venue on the day?

Clear floor of at least 120 m2, two power circuits totalling 3 kW, access without steps or a lift at least 90 cm wide, and a set-up window of up to 3 hours before doors.
