- A venue you have booked, suitable for the format and with normal access.
- One local run: delivery, set-up and pack-down in a single visit.
- The standard set-up window: set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after.
- The crew and equipment listed with the format, at the stated hours.
- Transport within Australia and GST.
What changes the budget
- More tables, machines, zones or hosts than the base package.
- A longer program, or a second room at the same venue.
- Custom styling, custom print or branding beyond the standard panel.
- Extra AV: more screens, a larger stage, a generator for an outdoor site.
- Difficult access: stairs without a lift, long carries, restricted loading times.
The package price is the same across Australia, and a smaller group does not lower it: the same crew, equipment and transport arrive either way. Program hours are guest-facing hours and do not include set-up or pack-down.

Is the price per guest or per event?
Per event. Every figure on this page is for the whole described program, not multiplied by the number of guests.
Does a smaller group pay less?
No. The package price does not drop because fewer guests attend: the same crew, equipment and transport turn up. A smaller group is a reason to choose a smaller format, which is where the saving is.
What can be adapted inside the indicative price?
Styling colours, the backdrop print, the order of the program, swapping one zone or one table for another, and the start and finish times. Each format page lists what it can adapt without moving the price.
Do the program hours include set-up and pack-down?
No. Program hours are guest-facing. Set-up takes up to 3 hours before the event and pack-down 1-2 hours after, and both sit outside the program hours.
What turns an indicative price into a final one?
The written quote. It names the date, the venue, the number of machines or tables, the crew, the hours and the total including GST. Until then every figure here is a planning number.
