Two music-led formats: a disco night with a mirror-ball floor and a cyberpunk night built on screens, haze and coloured light. Both are planned around a dance floor rather than a seated dinner.
Format 01
Disco Night
A music-led night for groups that want to dance. We bring the floor rig, the mirror ball and a DJ who builds the set in three steps, and we keep the light even enough at the edges for people who came to talk.
What is included
- mirror ball 50 cm with 2 pin spots on a truss
- 12 LED light points plus 4 moving heads on two stands
- DJ for 5 hours with a 2 x 800 W system and a subwoofer
- light operator at a side desk for the whole program
- dance-floor styling: 6 panels of entrance decor, 20 props

Adaptable inside the price
Add a second subwoofer for a larger room, change the entrance decor colours, or extend the program to 6 hours.

Format 02
Cyberpunk Neon Night
A night built on light and screens: two projection walls with a live visual set, coloured rig, and styling in cool tones. It works best in a dark room with high walls and suits teams who want the venue to look nothing like itself.
What is included
- 2 projection walls 4 x 2.5 m with laser projectors
- visual operator running a live set for 5 hours
- 16 LED light points in three colours plus 4 moving heads
- DJ with a 2 x 800 W system and a subwoofer
- styling set: 4 light panels, 12 signage props, entrance frame 2.4 m
- photo wall 3 x 2 m with a backlit panel
- 2 microphones and a small riser 2 x 1 m for the DJ
- cable covers and black floor tape for the full rig
The venue needs
From 100 m2, two walls at least 4.5 m wide, ceiling from 2.8 m. One 16 A dedicated circuit plus one 230 V outlet per projector. A room that can be darkened.
Adaptable inside the price
Run one projection wall instead of two, replace haze with light-only effects, or bring your own content for the visual set.

Warm-up
A quieter set while guests arrive, eat and find the bar. Light stays low and even so people can talk.

Floor
The DJ lifts the set in three steps across the evening. The light operator follows the set from a small desk at the side of the room.

Last hour
A requests hour agreed with you in advance, then a planned finish so the pack-down starts on time.
The host and the animators run the program; your coordinator only has to confirm the floor plan and the timings. Worked timelines

Where a format includes casino-themed activities, those are 18+. Program hours do not include set-up or pack-down: set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after.

How loud is it?
The rig is set to the limit written in your venue agreement and the operator holds it there. If the venue has a decibel limiter we connect through it.
Is haze a problem for alarms?
It can be. We ask for the venue rules before the date is held, and the cyberpunk format runs without haze if the building does not allow it.
