Two formal formats for anniversaries, awards and end-of-year nights: a corporate gala with a stage and an MC, and a 1920s party with a live-feel band set and art-deco styling.
Format 01
Corporate Gala Night
A formal evening for anniversaries and awards. We bring the stage, the sound and the MC, and the coordinator keeps the speeches inside the minutes you agreed. After the formal part the room opens into a music set and a photo wall.

- stage platform 4 x 3 m, 40 cm high, with steps and skirting
- backdrop 6 x 3 m, printed with your logo
- lectern, 3 microphones and a 2 x 800 W sound system
- MC for 6 hours and a DJ for the open floor
- 12 LED light points plus 2 stage spots
- photo wall 3 x 2 m with a styled frame
- table styling for up to 12 round tables: linen, numbers, centrepieces
- award handover rehearsal with your team before doors open

Adaptable inside the price
Use your own MC, change the backdrop print, add a second stage spot, or move the awards to the start of the evening.

Format 02
Great Gatsby Party
A 1920s evening with art-deco styling, a period DJ set and a saxophone player for two sets. Guests get a dress code they actually want to follow and a photo wall built for it.
What is included
- art-deco styling set: 30 props, 8 table arrangements, entrance arch 2.4 m
- photo wall 3 x 2 m with an art-deco frame and a feather-fan prop set
- DJ with a period set list and a 2 x 600 W system
- saxophone player, 2 sets of 30 minutes
- MC in period styling for 6 hours
- 10 LED light points in two warm tones plus 4 uplights
- cloakroom styling and printed signage for the room
- 2 cocktail-hour hosts to work the floor for the first 90 minutes

From 110 m2, a 4 m wall for the photo wall, 2.6 m ceiling for the arch. Two 230 V circuits, 3 kW in total.

Swap the saxophone for a vocalist, add a second photo point, or run the format as a 5-hour program.

Arrival
Guests arrive to a dressed room and a background music set. The MC and the coordinator hold the timing of the speeches with you.

Formal part
Speeches, awards and the toast run from the stage with two microphones and a lectern. We keep the segment to the minutes agreed in the run sheet.

Open floor
After the formal part the room opens up: music set, photo wall and the themed activities you selected.
The host and the animators run the program; your coordinator only has to confirm the floor plan and the timings. Worked timelines

Where a format includes casino-themed activities, those are 18+. Program hours do not include set-up or pack-down: set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after.

Can you work with our own MC?
Yes. Our coordinator builds the run sheet with your MC and we supply the microphones, the lectern and the sound. Say so in the enquiry and the host is removed from the package.
Is the band live?
The Gatsby format is built on a DJ set of the period plus a saxophone player for two 30-minute sets. A full live band is a separate position and is priced on request.
