On the night
How theseformatsrun.
-
Briefing
The host hands out roles or team sheets and explains the scoring in five minutes.
-
Rounds
Three to five rounds with a short break between them. Two animators work the floor, keep the teams moving and answer questions.
-
Result
The host reads the result from the scoreboard and closes the program. Prizes, if you want them, are yours to bring and are not part of the package.
The host and the animators run the program; your coordinator only has to confirm the floor plan and the timings. Worked timelines

FAQ
Questionsabout thisfamily.
Can we run this over lunch instead of an evening?
Yes. Both formats are four-hour programs and work as well in the afternoon. The daytime slot has to clear the venue set-up window with us.
What if a guest does not want a role?
Taking part is voluntary. The scripts carry two silent roles, and a guest can watch without being pulled in by the hosts.
