Two formats at opposite ends of the day: a close-up magic evening that moves table to table, and a daytime company festival with a stage, zones and a family-friendly plan.
Format 01
Magic & Illusion Evening
A close-up magician works the tables in three rounds, then plays a 20-minute stage set for the whole room. The format needs no floor space and fits an evening that already has a dinner in it.

- 1 host to run the stage segment and the announcements

Format 02
Company Festival Day
A daytime festival on open ground: a stage with a program, five activity zones, seating and signage. Built for a company picnic or family day where people arrive across a couple of hours rather than all at once.
What is included
- stage 6 x 4 m with a roof and a 6 x 3 m backdrop
- sound system 2 x 1,000 W, 4 microphones, a sound operator
- 5 activity zones with props, each run by an animator
- seating for 160: 26 benches and 13 tables under 5 parasols
- site signage: 2 entrance arches, 12 direction boards
- MC for 6 hours and a DJ between stage segments
- festoon lighting 60 m for a late finish
- site sweep and waste consolidation at pack-down
The venue needs
From 800 m2 of level ground with vehicle access to the stage position. A 16 A outdoor supply or an agreed generator position. A wet-weather plan in writing.
Adaptable inside the price
Run four zones instead of five, add a marquee position, or split the day into a family block and an evening block.

Set the ground
For the festival day we set the stage, the zones and the signage inside the agreed set-up window and walk the site with your coordinator.

Program
The magic evening runs in three table rounds with a 20-minute stage set. The festival runs a stage program with zones open the whole time.

Pack-down
Pack-down starts at the time written in the run sheet and takes one to two hours, including the site sweep.
The host and the animators run the program; your coordinator only has to confirm the floor plan and the timings. Worked timelines

Where a format includes casino-themed activities, those are 18+. Program hours do not include set-up or pack-down: set-up up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down 1-2 hours after.

Is the festival day suitable for families?
The daytime festival program is family-friendly. Our casino-themed activities are not part of it: those are 18+ and run as separate evening formats.
What happens if it rains?
The run sheet carries a wet-weather plan agreed before the date is held: either a marquee position or a move indoors. The decision point and who makes it are written down.
